Which investment products can clients purchase non-face-to-face using the Fast & Full Investment Application?

All of Empire Life’s currently sold segregated fund products can be purchased non-face-to-face through the Fast & Full Investment Application, including:

  • GIF 75/75
  • GIF 75/100
  • GIF 100/100
  • Class Plus 3.0

Guaranteed Interest Contracts, including the Daily Interest Option, can also be purchased non-face-to-face through the Fast & Full Investment Application.

Will my client still have paper copies of their investment contract confirmation and transaction notices mailed to them?

Yes, investment contract confirmations and transaction notices will continue to be mailed to clients.

My client wants to make an additional deposit into their existing Empire Life segregated fund account, can this be done non-face-to-face?

Yes, additional deposits from a customer’s bank account can be done through the Online Seg Fund Deposit form in the Advisor Dashboard. Clients will provide their consent to have funds withdrawn from their account using Docusign, a third party e-signature solution.

Support for non-face-to-face transfers from another financial institution into an existing Empire Life segregated fund is under development and should be available in the coming weeks; stay tuned for communications from Empire Life on this exciting new enhancement.
