Each year, Forbes recognizes 300 Canadian companies whose employees speak highly of their organizations and the opportunities and rewards offered to them at work.

The independent survey, conducted for Forbes by market research company Statista, asks more than 8,000 Canadians working for companies with at least 500 employees whether they would recommend their employer to family and friends. Participants are also asked to give their opinions on a series of statements such as working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.
