Empire Life has made three senior leadership appointments within its Group Solutions division. Dara Brachman who previously headed up the company’s Group Operations team has been appointed Vice-President, Group Distribution. Before joining Empire Life in 2015, Brachman ran her own benefits consulting business, King Benefits Consulting for a decade.
Stephen Biringer has been appointed Vice-President, Group Operations. Biringer was previously Vice-President, Operations and Vice-President, Business Development for the company’s Retail division.
Vanessa Lycos has been appointed Vice-President, Group Product and Marketing. Lycos has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy execution for various North American financial services organizations.
