New on the portal: Excel Billing
We have now released Excel Billing to the Group Administrator Portal to help plan administrators manage their group benefits plan.
Simply log in to groupadmin.empire.ca to start using this new, handy tool:
- Click “Billing” in the sidebar
- Select a division
- Select a month
- Click download - choose option Windows CSV or macOS - CSV to download your billing overview in Excel.
The following functions are now available in the portal:
- Review and update all member information
- Add new employees
- Change employment status (terminate, reinstate, lay-off, etc.)
- Sign up for e-Billing
- Coordination of benefits
- Edit member beneficiary information
- Update dependants information
By clicking the links above, you can access a short video that demonstrates how to use each feature.
