Do you have plan members in Quebec?
As part of Empire Life’s adherence to the Quebec Charter of The French Language, all group insurance plan documents (including benefit cards, benefit booklets, and personal statements/ member summaries) are available in French for group plan members. To access these materials, plan members can visit the plan member website at https://www.empire.ca and click Français in the upper right-hand corner.
Plan administrators can access the above-noted documents for plan members via the Plan Administrator Portal:
- Visit https://www.empire.ca
- Log into the Administrative Portal
- Use the drop-down menu in the top right and select Français
- Choose the document you wish to download
Additionally, the Group Policy is available in French on the Plan Administrator Portal in case plan members request access to the policy in French.
