Flexible work arrangements

We know that flexibility and work scheduling are top priorities in the 21st century. To recognize the different preferences and lifestyles of our employees, Empire Life offers three types of working arrangements to suit the needs of both our employees and business requirements

In-office work arrangements are those where an employee works almost exclusively from an Empire Life office.
Remote work arrangements are those where an employee works almost exclusively at a remote location, such as a home office.
Hybrid work arrangements are those where an employee works part of their time at an Empire Life office, and part of their time at a remote location.
