As of Friday, October 31, 2014, no new Elite and Elite XL Investment Program contracts will be issued. Lump-sum deposits, including transfers from other institutions, and existing Pre-Authorized Deposit Plans (PAD) will continue for existing policies.

Class Segregated Funds
Class Segregated Funds is closed to new policies as of October 31, 2014.
As of Friday, October 31, 2014, no new Class Segregated Funds contracts will be issued. Lump-sum deposits, including transfers from other institutions and switches from other Fund Classes, and existing Pre-Authorized Deposit Plans (PAD) will continue for existing policies..

Class Plus 2.1 is no longer for sale effective October 20, 2017.
Customers with a Class Plus 2.1 policy as of October 23, 2017, can continue to make deposits subject to a $25,000 deposit limit for 2024.
