Starting September 1, 2020 group plan members with Empire Life health benefits have access to telemedicine by Teladoc Health, at no extra cost. This applies to both insured and ASO groups.
With telemedicine, plan members can call any time of the day or night—365 days of the year. And with no travel time or time in the waiting room, telemedicine may also help reduce the growing problem of absenteeism that many employers face.
