Teladoc Health rebrands Best Doctors services
Teladoc Health—our provider of Best Doctors services, Mental Health Navigator, and telemedicine—has renamed selected services to unify their capabilities under the Teladoc brand.
This change will provide plan members with a more integrated experience when looking for support. Whether they have a complex health condition, an urgent care need, or are looking for support in wellness or prevention, Teladoc can help. Plan members can reach out for assistance when they:
• Are unsure about a diagnosis or need help deciding on treatment options
• Are seeking guidance on a mental health condition or concern that isn’t improving
• Need help finding a doctor who specializes in a specific condition
• Have medical questions or concerns and want expert advice

Plan members who have already used Best Doctors will be asked to create a new account (using the same email address) when they next use the service.
Teladoc experts are available by web, phone or app, at no additional cost. The phone number remains the same: 1-877-419-2378.
There are no changes to the telemedicine and Mental Health Navigator program or processes.
