Empire Life Option Plus Group RSP is a flexible retirement savings plan for small businesses. It is designed for groups with a minimum of two members and total annual plan contributions of at least $10,000. There are no set-up or annual administration fees.

- Investment Options: Segregated fund investments, Guaranteed Interest Options and Treasury Interest Option
- Interest Rate Enhancements: 1/8% on base rates
- Guarantees: Upon death - 100% of net deposits made up to age 65 and 75% of net deposits made after age 65; upon maturity - 75% of net deposits
- Resets: upon request, two per policy year
- Minimum Deposit: $30 monthly; $500 lump sum ($500 minimum for GIOs)
- Minimum Annual Deposit: $10,000 per group
